These events bring together people living in precarious conditions, as well as people who are aware of their situation, lawyers and psychologists, who wish to exchange ideas and take part in the day/retreat. They will be organized around yoga practices accessible to all, guided by caring teachers trained in therapeutic yoga. They will combine asanas, breathing and somatic practices.
Sound baths offer an immersive experience of deep relaxation.
These moments also include specific therapeutic practices, such as group sessions or workshops led by qualified professionals. These practices aim to provide a space for listening and sharing, offering emotional support while fostering social ties.
In a convivial atmosphere, brunches and dinners are prepared and served as moments of sharing and connection between participants and volunteers. These moments of pause provide an opportunity to exchange ideas, forge links and create a supportive community.
For participants with children, activities are offered for younger children at the same time. This enables parents to take full advantage of the activities and practices on offer, safe in the knowledge that their children are being looked after by caring professionals.
Alongside yoga practices and workshops, creative activities are offered to encourage self-expression and the discovery of new forms of artistic expression.
