We firmly believe that every individual, wherever they may be, has the right to a calming and secure space to cultivate their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
This is why we are expanding our reach to offer yoga classes in communities worldwide, including refugee camps and remote villages, to help create spaces of kindness, sharing, and healing for underprivileged and vulnerable populations in precarious situations.
We travel to different countries and contexts, collaborating with local associations, to offer daily yoga classes during our stay. Our daily sessions are accessible to everyone, some being mixed and others reserved for women.
Our practices are adapted to meet the specific needs of each individual. The classes provide opportunities to offer spaces and tools to gently reconnect with one’s body and mind, ease physical and mental tensions, and contribute to overall well-being.They help calm the nervous system, reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress, and participate in building a sense of inner security.The classes are also key in regaining self-confidence, allowing participants to rediscover their inner strength and cultivate a positive self-image.

Training
To ensure the sustainability of our mission and enable each community to continue benefiting from yoga, we train one or two people. This short training aims to empower local individuals so they can become wellness ambassadors in their own communities, providing adapted and respectful tools.
Our short training is designed to be inclusive and accessible, offering participants the skills needed to teach a simple yoga flow in a kind and therapeutic way. We believe in the power of transmission and in everyone’s ability to become a change agent. By training local teachers, we hope to ensure the continuity of yoga practice in each community, allowing everyone to benefit from its benefits in a sustainable and respectful way.
